Who Issues My Certificate?
Upon successful completion of the course, students receive digital certificates valid for two (2) years. Digital certificates can be accessed anytime, anywhere., plus students have the ability to print, share, and download certificates wherever and whenever they like. Digital certificates can be viewed, printed or shared online and can be accessed anytime on the websites of the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Each certificate includes a unique ID and a QR code which meets employment requirements and allows employers to easily confirm that certificates are valid.
when will i get my Certificate?
Your certificate is sent to your email from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
After you receive the email, follow the directions to claim your card. This requires:
1. Your first name
2. Last name
3. And a security question that you will choose. Never share your security question with anyone.
4. After you've entered these information, you will be directed to print your certificate. You can choose to print the wallet size or full size, or both

Rationale for No Refund/No Reschedule Policy:
Our classes are very small by deliberate design. There is a limited number of seats. When a student registers, then is a no call, no show, that prevents another student from registering. For more information click the button below to see more answers to questions about refunds.
